friendly staff great selection air conditioning dirty carpets

the staff was very friendly, always willing to assist with any questions i had. the room was large and very comfortable! breakfast was amazing and very well run with a great selection.

Almost everything is old dirty and uncomfortable. there was no air conditioning system in the hotel! i couldn't sleep all three nights due to very loud noise from outside continuing until morning. Carpets were dirty.

this place is a gem! the super nice team. i got great tips for exploring the city. the included breakfast was also delicious. it set me up perfectly for my adventures. the room had such a cozy feel, and the location made everything so easy. the helpful staff offered amazing suggestions too!

the room i had faced the street, and it was a little noisy at night. this made it a bit difficult to fall asleep quickly, my only problem, and i'd recommend requesting a room away from the street if possible.

breakfast offered many options including hot and cold dishes. free wifi was available throughout the hotel, and the reception was open 24 hours. luggage storage was available after checkout. that really helped a lot.

the front desk staff offered assistance with tour bookings. they answered questions and provided directions. staff members speak multiple languages, and the service was very quick and efficient. it made the check-in and check-out processes simple.
